The Courrian family owns and run te vineyard and its windmill, since 1877. 17 hectares of 30-year-old vines growing in clay and limestone. Soils working, manual harvesting. 100% destemmed long maceration. The wine matures in oak barrels (25% new barrels).

Blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. Deep ruby, purple, with notes of charcoal/burning embers in addition to black currants, licorice, truffle and graphite, it is full-bodied, rich, authoritative and has light to moderate tannins. Handpicked and long maceration. 100% in French oak barrels (25% new) for 16 to 20 months.
