Vinification: 40 year-old vine Menu Pineau, organic vineyards on sand and silex soils. Spontaneous fermentation without inputs in fiberglass tanks, uninterrupted aging on the lees for a few months and bottling with minimal SO2.

Character: Yeasty and layered Menu Pineau, atypical and very addictive. Quite reductive nose upon opening, with aromas ranging from smoky funk to toast and pastry. Air reveals nutty and musky Menu Pineau flavours, carried by plenty of acidic vibrancy to keep things refreshing. Very cool stuff that hints at a great future for this young producer.
