During the course you will learn about the history of wine, how wine is made, the influences of climate and soil, etc. You also learn to distinguish different grape varieties and attention is paid to ‘errors’ that can occur in wine. But during the course attention is paid to wine tasting! Every course evening consists of a theoretical and practical part, in which at least 4 white and 4 red wines are tasted.
