Antoine Kreydenweiss’s single-vineyard complantation of Riesling and Pinot Gris. A savoury and richly textured wine that starts off creamy and oxidative before it explodes with bright citric energy. Fiercely mineral on the palate, with riveting linear acidity that loves to cut through fatty pork belly (served with baked apple?) and birds or seafood served in a creamy sauce.
