A 100% handharvested Montepulciano produced using saignée-method. After a cold maceration time of 15 days the wine 15 to 20 percent of the juice is bleeded out. The red gets more concentration and the free run juice is lightly coloured with a refreshing palate. Red fruits and soft herbs like sage are noticeable in the nose. The palate has a clean, crispy structure.
