Pommier Grains de Survie

Small family producer from Chablis who produce flawless wines that are highly appreciated internationally.

Isabelle and Denis Pommier have been making Chablis since 1990. It started with 2 hectares, but the vineyard possession has since expanded to 16 hectares in the Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis premier cru appellations. With this size, it is still a real family domain. Pommier works with respect for nature and is converting to organic. The wines are pure with the beautiful mineral and stony notes that are so specific to Chablis, but also with juice and some roundur. The wines are increasingly distinguished in France (as in the Guide Hachette) and internationally (as with Robert Parker). Parker calls it one of the Chablishuizen that went through the most spectacular development.
