Ribolla Gialla is mainly grown in the Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Brda in Slovenia. It is characterized by its delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus. On the palate, ample fruit flavor of citrus and pear williams spread. A rich mineral vein and almost spicy acidity stand out. Fresh yet complex, containing umami too, pleasant to pair with variety dishes.

Destemming-crushing, brief maceration of must with skins (48h) followed by soft pressing. Fermented by indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Aged on fine lees.
