Vinification in temperature-regulated stainless steel tanks.

13 to 15 months on barrique, 30% new oak. Medium toasted.

Soil composition: Argile, calcaire

Tasting notes:

The wine is concentrated and precise. The nose shows fresh hint of eucalyptus and mint, in the palate darks spices as cloves, cedar and tobacco give the wine a strong body, but the finishing is elegant with blue flower notes.
