In preparation for the end of the year we are organising a tasting on sparkling wines that best accompany all the salty, saline edible deliciousness from the sea. Think oysters, mussels, gambas and of course bisque!
Adorning our banquet tables with the highest quality wines at varying budgets, and perfectly matched with super fresh seafood. We’ll be pouring a mix of traditional grape combinations but also some of our more experimental cuvees. An evening of both classic and unusual, ‘fruits de la mer platter’ bubbles and fizzes.
