Soave? Dit wijngebied kenmerkt zich vooral door heel veel bulkwijnen. Massaproductie dus, die op zijn best een saai product oplevert. Uitzonderingen zijn er gelukkig wel degelijk! Denk dan onder andere aan de wijnen van Nardello uit de Soave Classico. Alledrie gemaakt van 100% garganega, aangeplant aan de voet van de Monte Zoppega. De vulkanische bodem doet wat met de wijnen. Wat? Dat zal Federica Nardello komen vertellen: aanstaande zaterdag 15 november zal zij tussen 14 en 17u haar wijnen presenteren in onze winkel aan de Overtoom.
