Château Paradis Aix-en-Provence Rosé 2023

Paradis is in the Coteaux d’Aix. We know this region for its featherlight, energetic rosé. The Château stands on a historic site. Phoenicians planted vineyards as early as 600 BC in this area. From 1980 Jacques Héron started to cultivate the old plots and replanted vineyards. In 2003 Philippe and Juliette Deschamps produced wines at the Château, instead of selling the grapes to co-operations. After 2011 the current owners the Thiéblin family intensified the quality level. This last decade Paradis has been noted as one of the finest rosé producers from the Provence.
