These vineyards are established on limestone-rich soils that feature low levels of organic matter, forcing the roots deep and imparting a distinct mineral footprint to the grapes. The region’s inland Mediterranean climate—characterized by high solar exposure, limited rainfall, and drastic diurnal temperature shifts—allows for slow, phenolic ripening while preserving the necessary natural acidity.
## Vinification & Oenology
Spearheaded by winemaker Joan Àngel Lliberia, the vinification process prioritizes varietal purity and structural precision.
1. Harvesting: Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal technological maturity.
2. Pre-fermentation: Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes undergo rigorous destemming and crushing, followed by a gentle pneumatic pressing to extract only the highest quality free-run juice.
3. Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation is conducted entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 15°C to prevent oxidation, locking in the pristine primary fruit aromas and crisp varietal typicity.

* Appearance: Visual analysis reveals a clean, brilliant, pale straw-yellow hue with luminous greenish reflections.
* Nose: The bouquet is highly expressive and clean, dominated by primary aromas of white stone fruits—specifically peach, pear, and melon—interwoven with subtle nuances of citrus peel, white blossoms, and a faint backdrop of wild Mediterranean herbs.
* Palate: The entry is crisp and vibrant. It quickly expands across the mid-palate, revealing a medium-to-full body with a remarkably smooth, unctuous texture. The substantial alcohol structure (13.5% ABV) is seamlessly integrated and balanced by a well-defined salinity and core acidity, culminating in a persistent, clean, mineral-driven finish.
