The Languedoc, the biggest wine area of France, has carried the reputation of producing high yield wines at a low cost, for a long time. Value wines, with not a lot of value, as the wines were usually not that interesting. Fortunately, some things have changed in the past decades as more producers are focusing on quality instead of huge quantities.
At Chabrol Wines we work with quite a few wine makers from the area around the city of Béziers. Some of them might be well-known to you, while others could be future friends!
Chabrol’s Casper would like to show you his love for the wines from this under-appreciated area. On Thursday the 12th of March at Chabrol Overtoom from 20.00 o’clock.
You will taste classic Picpoul de Pinet, Saint-Chinian and producers such as Puech Auriol, Canet Valette, and the celebrated wines from Les Creisses.
To conclude the evening, all wines presented will be available at 10% off.
