Clos Roussely
Clos Roussely is situated in Angé-sur-Cher and has holdings in the appellations of Touraine and Chenonceaux. The domaine is now run by the youngest scion Vincent Roussely, whose chemical-free farming and cellar practices marry traditionalism with an urge to experiment. The winery itself is located in 250-year-old vaults carved deeply into the limestone escarpments, which allows for temperature-controlled vinifications without elaborate technology.
