AT Roca ‘Cop de Cor Rosat de Guarda’ El Ségon 2019



Xare-lo and Garnatxa Noir. First, partial carbonic co-fermentation with wild yeasts. Aged for 4 months in a clay amphora and finally for 5 months in a 500L French oak barrel. No sulfites added until bottling, unfiltered or clarified.

Vineyards were planted in 1982 and 1964, respectively. Planted on calcareous soils and frank texture (balance between silt and sand) from 180 to 260 meters high.
