AOC Crémant d’Alsace brut nature.
A blend of primarily Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois, grown on various soil types. At bottling, we blend a portion of the previous year’s harvest with a quarter of reserve wines (solera from 2016).
Digorged for a minimum of 18 months without dosing.
