The first and third grape are better known by their French names, pinot meunier and pinot noir. For the rest, this wine is just really German, very pleasant acids, mild in the alcohol and digestible.
The producer describes the wine as a summer wine. We absolutely agree, although this pigeon also has quite a bit of filling.
This wine is made from grapes that have been picked by hand, has notes of melon and pineapple and proves that in addition to most of champagnes, good still wines can also be made from several harvests. Although it is usually better to leave these wines on the supermarkt shelve where you found them….
