Chabrol Press Promotions Newsletter

Dear Wine-Enthusiasts

A little letter in between to share some hot news. A series of our wines came to the attention of Jan van Lissum and Proefschrift. You can read a nice article on his site about a recent tasting of Domaine Breton wines. And another article that features some of our favourite summer wines.

We already knew that these bottles are the bomb. But confirmation from such an experienced winepro and Nestor of Dutch gastronomy is a big fat cherry on top of a chunk of chocolate cake. Not only we are sharing this news, but we also made a very attractive offer for this selection of fine bottles.

About Proefschrift

Proefschrift is a prominent Dutch online food and wine magazine. Jan van Lissum (Gault Millau/Wine Professional) is the founder and editor-in-chief. Together with his team, he constantly is looking for new discoveries in the wine and hospitality industry.

Best of Breton Box

Chabrol’s Janneke van Leer currently works at Domaine Breton. Last month she visited and brought us some nice new wines to taste. A couple of these little gems will hit the shelves by the end of this month, including a cheerful Pet-Nat and a summerstyle, very glouglou-able Cab-Franc. Tasty thirst-quenching, accessible fermented grape juice.

A selection of the more serious range of the domain received a very appraising evaluation from Van Lissum. We’ve put three of those showstoppers together in a beautiful black box, ready to send off to your special wine buddy or anybody else with a great palate…

Summer wines Concours selections

Every year, Proefschrift organizes various competitions to guide consumers through the wilderness of wine offerings. In recent months, this team of tasters worked their way through a range of summer wines, including fine rosés, refreshing sparkles, crisp whites, and smooth reds. We proposed some summer bangers and three featured their line-up. It will not be of any news to our regular customers that exactly these three wines were well received. In particular, the Vermell as a light, smooth red came out excellent.

We’ve put these three wines together in one box and value offer (from 37.51 for 32.50)
